Save city lists as Team Presets
A preset is a saved list of cities, such as your team’s offices. Signed-out visitors can use the built-in Default preset. Saving your own presets needs a Google sign-in.
Sign in
Click Login at the top and choose your Google account. The button changes to Logout once you are in.
Save a preset
- Add the cities. Put in the ones you want in the list.
- Open the Team Presets menu. It is the button in the toolbar that shows the current preset’s name.
- Save it. Type a name in the save row at the bottom of the menu and click Save.
Use a preset
Open the menu and click a preset to load its cities. A message at the bottom confirms, for example Loaded "APAC team". You can delete a preset from the same menu. The Default preset cannot be deleted.
Keep it up to date
- Turn on Auto update at the bottom of the menu, and any change to the cities is saved to the active preset a moment later.
- With Auto update off, a Save icon appears next to the menu when a preset is active. Click it to save your changes to that preset.
Note
Presets belong to your Google account. If they are not there, check that you signed in with the same account. See My presets or cities are missing.
