Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply when you visit sanil.app, use our free tools, or hire Sanil.app ("we", "us") for a project. By using the site or our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using the website and free tools
- The QR generator, Preeti to Unicode converter, time zone converter, image tools and other free tools are provided as they are, free of charge, for lawful use.
- Check the output before relying on it, especially for printed material, official documents and meeting schedules. Conversions and generated files can contain errors.
- Do not abuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it at scale, and no use of it to harm others.
- We may change, limit or remove a tool at any time without notice.
Our services
We build websites, news portals, web apps, mobile applications and WordPress themes and plugins. Each project begins with a brief you send us and a quote from us. The scope, price and timeline in the accepted quote or written agreement are what we deliver and what you pay for; anything beyond that is quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
- Give us the content, images, access and feedback we need, on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date.
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, everything you supply, including text, photos, logos and fonts.
- Keep your logins and accounts secure.
Payment
Prices are quoted in Nepali rupees (Nrs.) unless we agree otherwise. Package prices are one-time fees for the scope described. Payment milestones, such as a deposit before work starts and the balance before launch, are set out in the quote. We may pause work or withhold files while an invoice is overdue.
Hosting, service and maintenance
Where a package includes hosting, it is free for the first year. After that, a service and maintenance renewal fee keeps the site hosted and running. We will tell you the fee before it falls due. Hosting can be upgraded at any time for an additional fee. If a renewal is not paid, we may suspend the site after notice.
Ownership
- Once you have paid in full, you own the custom design and content we deliver for you.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, libraries and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of your site.
- Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images keep their own licences.
- Our free tools, our site design and our branding remain ours. You may not copy or resell them.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished project in our portfolio.
Changes and cancellation
Either side may end a project by writing to the other. You pay for work already done and any costs already incurred. A refund is not guaranteed once work has started, but we will consider reasonable requests.
No warranty
We work with care, but we cannot promise that the site, tools or any website we build will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of security risks. Search rankings, traffic and sales depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. Third-party services such as hosting networks, payment gateways and plugins can fail or change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
Links to other sites
We link to client sites and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if not resolved, they are subject to the courts of Nepal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. A signed quote or agreement for a project stays valid under the terms in force when it was accepted.
