Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Sanil.app ("we", "us") collects when you use sanil.app and our free tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Sanil.app is a web development studio based in Pokhara, Gandaki Province, Nepal. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything related to this policy.

What we collect

• Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message.
• Support tickets. If you open a ticket on our support page, we receive your name, email address, the product and version you chose, a subject and your message. If you came from the help center, the article you were reading or the search you made is added too. We send you a confirmation email with your ticket number.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
• Spam protection. The contact and support forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser and your IP address to do this.
• Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Our free tools

The QR generator, Preeti to Unicode converter, time zone converter and image tools run in your browser. The text you type and the files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry or support ticket and prepare quotes you ask for.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To keep the site, contact form and support page secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How contact messages and tickets are handled

Your message or ticket is sent as an email to our inbox through Amazon SES. We do not store them in a separate database. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records, and delete it on request unless we must keep it by law or for an ongoing project.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers that make the site work, each under their own privacy terms:

• Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and Turnstile spam protection)
• Google (Google Analytics)
• Amazon Web Services (email delivery through SES)

These providers may process data outside Nepal. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Sanil.app does not set its own cookies. Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile may set theirs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on; the site keeps working either way.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Our pages link to other sites, including client projects and product sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
