My presets or cities are missing

My presets are gone

• Are you signed in? Presets belong to your Google account. Signed-out visitors see only the built-in Default preset. Click Login and use the same account you saved them with.
• Is it the right account? If you have more than one Google account, try the others.
• Did the page finish loading? A message such as “Cities are still loading” means saving and loading wait for the city list. Try again in a moment.

My cities are not what I expected

• Did you open a shared link? A shared link shows the cities and time from the link, not your own list. Open the converter without the link to see your own.
• Is a preset active? Pick the preset you want from the Team Presets menu.

A save did not work

If you see “Login to save presets” or “Login to enable auto update”, sign in first. If a save fails, you will see a message. Reload the page and try again. See Save city lists as Team Presets.
