Create a meeting and export it
- Pick the time. Use the timeline, with all the cities you need.
- Click Create Meeting. A window opens with the title and duration fields and the meeting time in every city.
- Name it and set the length. Type a title and choose a duration: 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
- Choose where to send it. Click Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or Download .ics.
What each button does
- Google Calendar opens a new event in Google Calendar, filled in with the title, start and end.
- Outlook opens a new event in Outlook on the web (outlook.live.com), filled in the same way.
- Microsoft Teams opens Teams’ new meeting page with the title and times filled in.
- Download .ics saves a calendar file. Open it in Apple Calendar, Outlook, Google Calendar or any other calendar program.
The event description lists the meeting time in every city, so guests can see their own time.
Good to know
- The event is not saved or sent by us. Your calendar creates it when you confirm it there.
- Add the guests in your calendar after the event opens.
If a button does nothing, see A calendar button does not open.
