A calendar button does not open
The Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft Teams buttons open a new browser tab. If nothing happens, check these.
Things to try
- Allow pop-ups. Browsers often block new tabs that open from a button. Allow pop-ups for the site, then click again.
- Check you are signed in. Each service asks you to sign in first if you are not. Use the account you want the event in.
- Check the right Outlook. The Outlook button opens Outlook on the web at outlook.live.com. If you use a work or school Microsoft account, use Microsoft Teams or Download .ics instead.
- Use the .ics file. Download .ics works with every calendar. Open the file and your calendar program asks to add the event.
The event looks wrong
The start and end times come from the moment you selected and the duration you chose. Check both in the window before you click. The guest list is empty, so add people in your calendar. See Create a meeting and export it.
