Let clients pay with eSewa

With a payment link, your client opens a page, pays through eSewa and the invoice is updated. The money goes directly to your own eSewa merchant account. Sanil CRM never holds it and takes no cut.

Connect eSewa

  1. Open Settings. Choose it from the menu, then find the Payment Gateways card. It says Not connected until you set it up.
  2. Turn on Enable eSewa.
  3. Enter your details. Type your eSewa merchant code and Secret key, which come from your eSewa merchant account.
  4. Choose the mode. Use Test mode while you try it out, and switch to Live mode when you are ready to take real payments.
  5. Save. You see “Payment settings saved.”
  1. Open an unpaid invoice.
  2. Click Copy payment link. The button says Copied.
  3. Send the link. Share it with your client by email, chat or text.

The link for an invoice never changes, so you can send it again later.

What your client sees

They open the link, see the invoice and click Pay with eSewa, which takes them to eSewa’s payment page. After they pay, they come back to a confirmation.

What happens after

Sanil CRM checks the payment with eSewa itself, then records it against the invoice. When payments cover the total, the invoice becomes Paid.

Note

Test with Test mode first, and switch to Live mode before you send real links. If something does not work, see The payment link doesn’t work.
