Conversion is temporarily unavailable

When you click Convert, a message under the panes says:

Conversion is temporarily unavailable — we’ve likely hit today’s capacity. Please check back later.

What it means

The converter is free, and it runs on hosting with a shared daily request allowance. On a very busy day that allowance can run out, and the converter pauses until it resets.

What to do

• Keep your text. It stays in the Preeti pane, so you do not need to paste it again. Leave the page open, or save the text in a file.
• Try again later. Check back in a few hours, or the next day if it is still busy.
• Check your connection. The same message can appear if your internet drops while the request is being sent.

If the message is still there after a full day, open a ticket and tell us roughly when you tried.
