Who can see my invoices and clients?

Your team

Everything in Sanil CRM belongs to your business. Only people who are members of it can see its clients, invoices, quotes and payments. A person who is not a member sees nothing, even if they know a document’s address.

You choose who joins and what they can do. See Invite your team and set roles.

Signing in

You sign in with Google, so there is no password to manage, and your data is tied to your Google account.

Your clients

A payment link shows one invoice only, to the person who has that link. It does not show your other invoices or your client list. Anyone who has the link can see that invoice and pay it, so send it only to the client.

Other businesses

Businesses are kept apart. One business can never see another’s data, even when the same person belongs to both.
